Use the vitamin E you are now taking.However,on your next order send for d-alpha plus d-beta,d-gamma and d-delta tocopherols.Product#0551.They are 1000 IU,use only 4 capsules for each enema.The mixed tocopherols should be better.The d-alpha tocopheryls were previously used in the procedure.They are both labeled 100% natural.If you are getting stool form improvement,less or no blood and fewer bowel movements from you previous conditions before the procedure,it means your colon has adjusted to your new diet.Are they better?
