Well, it is my brother who has the UC and who smokes, but on and off, I was just wondering if it had bad effects (but ofcourse! just in regards to the diet I meant,

thanks again for the enema tip!

I will keep you updated, we won't be starting until Feb. 1st (which is when I am hoping he comes here and we can get started) he will hopefully follow and keep you guys posted
