Onion

Is onion ok? I hesitated to use onion because I am allergic to chilly food. I am wonder whether onion taste could irritate my colon.
I had 4 BMs already and noticable more blood today. I don't think it's caused by the vitamin enema I started last night. I will do it at least till the weekend. I purchased another brand of Vitamin E and will take steamed salmon, mashroom, turnip, corn tonight with brown rice. I am also planning to drink vegetable juice tonight, celery, beet, cucumber, squash, green sweet peper. And use the enema.
I will visit a new Gastroentriologist on friday to get a second opinion.
Are most people here tried more than one GI doctor? What's the most important quality of GI doctor I should look for. My current doctor always try to deny my claims of certain food could trigger a flareup. Are them all the same? Would it be better that I tell them that I am taking the V-E enema?
