I am not sure which trick makes it, but I haven't seen blood for two days. I am eating exactly the same thing I described previously. BTW, I also eat steamed veggies and 2 boiled egg white in the morning. I am feeling less gas and less urgency. But I also can feel that I still have some inflamation and not healed. I personally feel that added olive oil and boiling rice did the trick. The cake I tried might have helped because it also have fat. My idea is the fat is essential to form the stool, it stick things together and make the walking in the colon smoother. Also the fat is essential for digestion of some vitamins, like carrot carries.
To me, it's like this thing is going in cycle in my body, I got better for a while like 2-3 weeks, then it got bad. Not really triggered by any changes but rather triggered by time. No logical reason, just a idea.
