I notice you have continued to have some grains/starches in your diet. Eliminate all grains and starches (including potatoes/yams and starchy vegetables) for a time and I am betting you will see improvement. Stick w/proteins and non-starchy veggies for a few days. It can take a few days to see the effects of this. It always works for us to remove these items. Many people with IBD cannot tolerate these things!
