The diet is the cornerstone of the procedure.If done correctly,you will see a positive result within a week and continued improvement until your colon is completely healed(CURED).If you wish,you can try the procedure diet for one week and then test other foods one food at a time.Your colon will give you the answer
with the number of bowel movements,stool form and blood amounts as compared with your first week basic diet.
One wrong food will delay healing.When I first used the enema my diet was had many wrong foods and it took me over 1.5 years to heal my colon instead of a possible 3 months.An incomplete colon healing will flare again for any number of reasons.Where as a CURED colon will not.The choice is yours.
