I had a couple of meals with steamed veggies and streamed salmon. The stool seems a bit watery. I saw some red color last night, and had a bit swelling feeling. Not good sign. My meals are not pretty much same all the time. Veggies plus either salmon or egg white as protein. I hope that I could stay in control. But will keep posting.
Also, for anyone who had a total remission, do you feel your urgency went away totally and stool is alway formed and firm? What's the major evidence of "total remission".
If I took the doctor's schedule to try pred for 2 weeks, should I worry about developing dependancy on pred?
