I had some symptoms of flare-up for about 3 times, but they didn't go further to server and last, normally got better the next day. I also found that adding potato is bad for me. So, I have to cut it off. I added chicken, seems not so well, I picked chicken drumsticks though, maybe chicken breast could make a difference? I boil the chicken and slice it when it's cooled.
I am using Puritan's Pride - 100% natural e-400 d-Alpha Tocopheryl USP ( on the facts, it indicates (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate). Sheldon, could you confirm that this is the correct one?
I am also trying to limit my sports. My diet had a lot of steamed spinage and carrot. I will add more brocolli and cauli back, and planning to cut carrot and spinage one by one to see whether one of them is responsible to the recent bad symptoms I had.
I understand this might be a long fight, but I am determined to keep my patience and fight it all along. Sheldon, I appreciate so much for your dedication and help.
