Sorry that I dropped off the posting. First I changed my computer and took me a while to restore my previous setting, secondly, I took on a trip for 2 weeks. Here is the updates that hopes to be helpful.
I first stopped enema treatment because of 2 reasons. 1. I lost two much weight once started the precedure. I lost 25 Lbs since July 13th, I was 160+, I was 145 before I left for the trip, then lost 10 more Lbs from the trip. When I stopped enema, I followed Sheldon's food recipe as close as possible. I gained around 3 Lbs in the past week by eating more meats (fish and chicken). 2. I suspected that the enema I was using might be not clean which got me into some watery stool.
Now I am back and decided to resume my enema. I've been eating steamed vegies since I started to try the procedure. I didn't find a immediate change of improvement like other people claims to have in a week or a month. But I do agree that my diet changing helped me somehow. I think this forum is great, but it lacks a centralized place to list the exact details of this procedure. People have to search all over and run into some wrong informations, like the wrong types of vitamin I got in the beginning. If there is a clear cut recipe and the types of enema with picture, the exact vitamin E capsule to use, it could be much more helpful to the people.
I am a bit concerned about the Vitamin E 1000IU from puriton.com, it has the dark color that claims to be caramel color, I am concerned that my colon might be allergic to that caramel color.
In the past couple of weeks, I've had some flare-up symptoms. I had quite some blood in stool since yesterday. It might be due to lack of sleep and a drink I had yesterday that had some spicy stuff in it. I also tried chinees herbal soup for 2 weeks, but didn't find that helpful. So, I decided to come back to the procedure.
I will continue to post my experience. However, my past experience in general is that 1. dramatic weight loss might be caused by this precedure to some people. 2. some people might not get immediate results from the procedure. 3. this is the most inexpensive and less side-effect procedure that might really works, compared to chinese herbal soup, meditation. 4. It has this forum and many warm-hearted people as a supporting team behind it.
I will also try to start practice Taichi (chinese meditation movement) next weekend.
So, thank you guys for the posting, and I am glad to be back.
