Ok I am starting tonight

Hello all,

I am going to try to start the vitamin E enema tonight. As of recently I am having a bad flare-up, lost a lot of weight and can barely sleep at night. I am going to the bathroom almost every hour during the night with painful stools. I am 6'3 or 6'4 I now weigh 156 lbs. I have wanted to start the vitamin E enema sooner but I barely had any energy to do anything. I am again taking 40mg of Prednisone and 400mg of Asacol daily. Anyway here is today's plan so far.

Day 1 - Breakfast: 6 scrambled eggs with a bit of iodized Sea Salt .

Lunch: Veggie Omelet with broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. and a bit of Sea Salt . I drank the juice from boiling the veggies. and then took a swig of gatorade to wash the taste down.

Dinner: I plan on eating either the rest of that omelet, or some fresh Salmon with a few vegetables.

I will start the vitamin E enema tonight and retain it as long as possible

I have come to the conclusion that I cannot handle any dairy products nor fruits.

I had 2 questions for Sheldon. Can you suggest a small snack I can eat throughout the day that would benefit me? I need to gain weight and am looking for anything that will not upset my very sensitive stomach.

The other question is about steaming veggies. I had a bunch of steamed veggies the past couple of days and my bowel movements during the night were very watery, frequent, and green (I apologize for the specifics) associated with cramps. today I boiled the veggies and drank the juice and had to have a movement immediatly after. Could it be possible that steamed veggies are just a bit too rough for me right now? Thanks I will continue to post every day now.

Wish me luck, Kyel
