Well, consider this a progress and you probably healed a lot that you don’t feel. Don’t beat yourself up. It does tell you that you do have some imbalance that needs to be corrected. In the past I have taken Vitamin C up to 7 grams a day for a month or so at a time and whatever the max safe dose of Vitamin E is. The only solution I’ve had for the headaches is to prevent them by taking ashwagandha before sleeping at night. The minimum amount I need to take is 2 Himalayan organic ashwagandha tablets. If I exercised that day, I need to take up to 7 tablets both to sleep okay and also to not have a horrible headache the next day.
