I go to bed at 11 pm and I wake every night between 1 and 2 am, use the bathroom, then awake for awhile, then fall back asleep and awake at 3:30, then awake every half hour, 45 minutes to hour after until about 7. I can only sleep two max straight. My testosterone is in the gutter at 291, probably from the disrupted sleep. I'm 34. This has been going on for a year. I'm barely functional. I'm on no sleep aids because they don't work. What's causing the hyperarousal? I'm also unable to nap and always wake up early unable to fall back asleep now matter how exhausted I am.
