Re: Water Fasting - Extreme Stomach Pains
Good job in getting to six days of water only fast.
All good suggestions above. I would like to add,
All bottled waters are acidic, I have these tests done myself. But that is not the only reason you are getting reflux. Reflux is one of very common symptoms of water fast, especially these days. It happens to me as well, less now then when I started long fasts. Headaches, the same thing, a symptom of fasting and detoxing.
I suggest you drink distilled warm water, nothing from a refrigerator. This will help with stomach pain. Another thing you can do is warm compresses on the stomach. Also no exercise, leisurely walking is ok, but best is to conserve energy. Also sleep is always erratic during a fast.
Headaches can be helped by taking
Epsom Salt baths, footsoaks with ES, iodine, H2O2. You can also rub some coconut oil on the sides of your forehead.
Hope this helps. Keep it up.
Good wishes.
