What is happening? Am I doing something wrong? I have consumed nothing but water and I just want the stomach pains to go away.
So what kind of water are you drinking?
Simply bottled natural spring water.
I've alternated between ICE RIVER SPRINGS and BIG WIN Purified Water since they're the only brands I have stored as of right now. Tap water is too filled with chemicals to be drinkable.
Since this is the only thing you say you are consuming, it has to be suspect until you learn different.
The easiest way is to obtain some Distilled water that has also been filtered through a charcoal Carbon filter. This is the only way to get everything out leaving pure water.
If the pain goes away then you know.
Many bottled water has been shown to be no better than tap water.
There is filtered water, and then there is filtered distilled water
"Filtration: Filtered water has passed through a fine strainer and/or activated carbon. While they reduce disagreeable tastes and odors, filters are not effective in removing many common contaminants such as arsenic, bacteria, copper, lead, nitrates, parasites, sodium and viruses. A filter can become a breeding ground for bacteria as the organic material which remains in the filter begins to decay. Another drawback is not knowing when to replace the filter. Some manufacturers suggest replacing filters when bad taste or odor returns. In reality, a filter may be able to control taste and odor long after it has lost its ability to reduce tasteless, odorless organics such as THMs (trihalomethanes) which are byproducts of chlorination."

I wasn't trying to say that there was any guarantee that this was the answer to your problem, only that it would be an easy process of elimination to the problem.
Water was all that was in your gut so it's the logical starting place.
Then you could look elsewhere.
Good luck, Hope you get on top of it.
