Good on you man for making day 7.
I am struggling these days to get past 4 or 5, and then I hope it gets easier. I cant take a harder 4 and 5 than the 2 and 3 I am having nowadays.
Anyway day 1 of dry is just about 4 hrs from getting over.
Hope 2-3-4-5 ---- on is like this and not worse.
