One way you can make yourself sleep is to become physically exhausted.

A lot of walking, running, weight lifting, dancing, swimming, biking, ... any physical activity in excess will help release the accumulated stress and will help you finally fall asleep.

Sweating and burning a lot of energy, as much as it is possible, helps a lot.
