I haven't slept for a week after 3 drops of Lugol's.

On last Monday, I took 1 drop of Lugol's 2% iodine, 2 drops on Tuesday and 3 drops on Wednesday.

I haven't slept since then. My doctor prescribed me Zolpidem and melatonin on Friday, but even on the medication, I'm unable to stay asleep for more, than 20 minutes a day.

I was on 800mcg of selenomethionine, 4g of vitamin C, 400mg of magnesium citrate / glycinate and high quality B-complex for past five months. Currently I'm also using Adrenal Miracle Mix.

Am I herxing? Or is this some kind of metal toxicity? I don't have any dental filling.

Is there anything I could do to regain my sleep?

Should I ever start the Iodine supplementation again?
