One of my holistically friendly MD doctors recently prescribed this for my insomnia:
-Up at the same time EVERY day and going out touching the earth with my bare feet (earthing), facing the sun for 10 minutes and (then if necessary go back to bed).
-And also going to bed 1 hour earlier to start....then keep cutting time back in increments.
-And turning TV, Cell Phone and Computer off at dusk and dim the lights. Only read or do tasks from lighting coming from behind you.
Common Sense- I know, but I've not done it consistently.
He said even with this DAILY pattern it will still take quite some time to work.
