You will have to see the video (I did,nt)...must be informative I imagine. The clue is to take it during the daytime, I imagine. This could also be the reason why my sleeping problems have improved, since I started putting a Levadura de Cervesa (brewers yeast) that also has Vit b12 in the smoothie first thing in the am.
