Crohns and Gallbladder surgery

I was diagnosed with Crohns in 1999 after emergency surgery. And now I just had another emergency surgery to remove my gall bladder after a trip to the hospital in an ambulance. I've just found this site and am reading about diarrhea being a common result of having your gall bladder removed! I have Crohns, I don't need any help with diarrhea. It sounds like a low fat diet is the trick, although not full proof, I understand. No one told me any of this at the hospital, infact they said I would need to make NO changes to my diet. I just had my gallbladder surgery less than a week ago and so I'm not sure what to expect. What is normal and what is not? My incision at my belly button is VERY sore compared to the other two incisions, is that normal?
