Hello everyone I am a new member. I am 23 and have been for about 1 year getting seriously in thought and in research about things to better my health and my children's health. One of the first things I researced and till this day my husband thinks I am a freak for being against vaccinations. Any way I just want some advice. I had a gall bladder removed 3 years ago. SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT MY HEALTH BECAUSE OF THIS. I truely regret it but I was young and ignornant and stuped into believing I had no other option then 1 year later I was reading a alternative medicine book and that is how I learned I WAS STUPED. I feel terrible about that. I wish I could have my organ back! Any way what should I do now? What should be my concerns? I have a totally bad memory, terrible concentration, easily distracted, etc! What should I do? I will not be stuped into believing I HAVE ADHD! lol ... Please advice...
Also my kids are up to date with their vaccines (their next vaccines are at 4... I have a husband who is not on my page when it comes to health... He LOVES DOCTORS and the "new advance in medicine!") So far Thanks the lord they are fine but should I worry for them? What can I do to make sure they grow up to be healthy adults? (unlike many of us who didn't have parents researching or learning ways to be TRUELY HEALTHY)
PS I am overweight and have been ALL MY LIFE that I can remember and see in pictures. I weight 185 and am 5'2. Please advice... Also should I post this thread in other places of this forum?
