Problems after gallbladder removal 3 years ago.

Lori,
I had my gallbladder removed Aug. 2001. Since then I have had chronic diarrhea, spasms, pain in the upper right side (where the gallbladder used to live), horrible acid reflux, horrible food reflux, fatigue, Depression and to top it all off gained 60 lbs with my stomach looking like I'm about 6 months pregnant. My first visit to the surgeon after the surgery, I informed him of the horrible pain after eating a normal dinner (salad, steak and a baked potato) and "dumping/spasms". He said I just "over ate". He referred me to the Gastro Dr. I was scheduled to have a scope of my small intenstines 6 months after the surgery, but became very ill the night before with 103 fever (tonsillitis). Long story short, I didn't go in for the scope since a few months later my company closed and I had no insurance. I have a new job now and have seen a regular MD that ran all the tests she could think of before she referred me to a Gastro Dr. By chance did they do this "scope" on you? I'm wondering if I have a "little" leak that is causing all of this pain and aggravation. I can't determine what brings on the diarrhea, since there is no regularity to what/when I eat. Any advise would help. I just do not want to go through another "out-patient" procedure that is going to end up giving me NO answers.
