re:suffering from same problems,after gallbladder removal,going for another lap to see whats wrong.

the pain is terrible, i have been on tylenol 3 for months
had my surgery dec 17,02 sergeon did not see that i had an
extra hepatic duct,they call it(duct of luschka)by jan 4,03
i was taken to the er they admitted me,they did every test under the sun,even after i told them i just had surgery,they consulted
my sergeon, he told the er doc it was uneventful!
they then proceeded to test me for all forms of vd! all this
while i filled up withbile in my abdomin, i had 6 cat scans
within 8 days i was documented that i was leaking but they could
not decide from where! by jan 8 the doc came in to check on me
at that point my husband said look at my wifes belly she looks
like she is 8 months pregnant,yes i had bile peritionitis
that night my husband went home to take care of our 2yr son
doc calls in am and says, we are taking her into surgery
right now.
i was so out of it i had no recolection from the time i went in
on the 4th, and wanted me so sine a release for surgery!
my husband made them wait so he could be there to sign
they pumped out 3liters of bile out and had to wash my abdomin out.
it is now the end of may and im still in a loy of pain
found a new sergeon, he thinks i have mass adhesions,
so i will be going in for another lap to look around,
he says he does not trust anything the other sergeon did
if anyone else has had theese problems, i would like to here from
you it's a lonley world when you feel like this,i did try to back to work,but the pain gets to be so great i can not take it,
and if i eat, my abdomin swells out so i cannot get my pants button
back together.
