Re: Raw foods

there's also the element of absorption. if your system is not clear, you won't be absorbing the nutrients in the best foods.

and yes, we need 'full spectrum' salt -- celtic or himalayan or whatever you prefer -- we need ALL the minerals in the periodic table of elements because they show up in the same proportions in sea water and in our intercellular fluids.

chewing is another thing many of us don't do, since we live in such a stressful society. chewing is where digestion begins for the herbivore (those who don't have razor blades for teeth). for carnivores, chewing is irrelevant. they just tear off a big hunk of flesh and bolt it into the stomach where it is attacked by the acid, 10x greater than ours. but chewing begins the digestive process for our type of digestive system.

no other animal cooks its food. no other animals has need for the 'health care' we do. americans pay more per capita for health care than any other country and we are 37th in the world in health. something obviously isn't working.

air, water, raw organic food, and loving, allowing thoughts -- support life. :) yes, thoughts are very important. :)

love, patricia
