Liver Flushing safely

You say you contacted Andreas Moritz, then he would have confirmed you should have had colonic irrigation just prior to and immediately following the day of the Liver Flush. In which case you did not follow the Liver Flush protocol and this MAY have been the problem. The Liver Flush is hard core and Andrea Moritz has written a whole book dedicated to it. He describes in detail when to do the flush and how to do the flush. If you did the thing half heartedly then you shouldn't condemn the Flush per se; the problem my friend is with you not following the instructions correctly and doing an incorrect procedure which is absolutely not recommended. I have carried out numerous Liver flushes over several years, on myself following exactly the rules given in his book. The flushes have been uneventful other than to remove thousands of liver/gallbladder stones. To anyone doing this flush you must read the detail and you must flush the colon following the flush; this is important and emphasised by Moritz. If you do not flush any stray stones they will cause problems; a post flush colonic is recommended. Tweet
