MidlothianGirl is right. And, obviously there was more that needed to come out after the first flush and could have been accomplished with more flushes. One flush was not enough for me. After three flushes I feel better than ever. Had I stopped after the first one, I may not be able to say the same thing. I'm pretty new to this site and there are a lot of things that I don't know but I do know that if you have IBS you still need to cleanse your intestines and your liver. Your body has the power to heal itself but it has to be rid of toxins to do so. Tweet
