I am new to this site. I found that your reply was not empathetic or supportive. I'm suprised the Forum editors didn't remove your message as it is very negative. Every thing doesn't work the same for every body and I am glad that she posted her experience. Of course, as an intelligent person, you can understand her position...

I hope that as I explore this site, I will be able to continue to find useful information from all experiences.
