The reason why we put skeptics on Debate Forums is because this is a support forum. People get offended when they come to the Support Forums and find skeptics. So we welcome skeptics, but not on Support Forums . Hope you understand what I'm saying.

I think you can use old 100% cotton underwear for your castor oil packs. I use old unused nursing pads from 12 years ago. I got a great suggestion from Hanna about using Depends to keep the castor oil packs in place, and it works like a charm.

Oxypowder and Colosan both use oxygen to break down mucoid plaque and impacted matter in the colon. Both work good; I have used both and have had good results with both of them; however, Oxypowder is much more expensive. Tweet
