Something to consider.
Inorder for the colon to function efficiently it needs fiber. Enough fiber to keep the metabolism moving. Most people think fruits and vegetables contain plenty of fiber. Not enough to keep the bowels full enough to let the nerve endings at the anus know that we are full open up and release.

Look up Intestinal Sooth and Build, also Bowel Detox.
Also add try adding more fiber to the diet. Quina, rice, some sort of dencer foods. After eating regular meals for many years higher in density. Raw vegan diet lacks enough fiber for metabolic conduction.
