Err......wrong again. As a Christian, I trace the long road of corruption back to The Fall. The Bible doesn't explicitly date it for us, but there is a close connexion with the creation itself. The serpent was already there in the Garden of Eden - just ask your OAS how much he enjoyed that conversation with Eve.

Sorry, but you don't enjoy a monopoly over the long haul either. Our worldview is entirely consistent with the complete span of human history and with what we observe today. And, with few exceptions (subject to interpretation), is backed by the historical & archaeological record - the written version, that is - not yours.

I know, not quite as exciting as your own version, but there it is.
