thanks. i am taking birth control pills to help some. the natural hormones don't work even if i use the whole jar, which is $60 (and the progesterone is like $25 i think). i have tried for months to get them to work. no dice. i found an old pack of bcp they tried to give me for this a long time ago and they are helping a little. otherwise, i get very bad with depression and horrid horrid hot flashes like i am on fire in hell, and i sweat every few minutes and soak all my clothes. and yes, have tried all the supplements/herbs and none of them work.
