So despite being only 21, I’ve done over 20 liver flushes (maybe even over 30) over the past 3 years (along with eating very healthily and exercising). I have found out that in most cases the odor is cause by bacteria. Kill the bacteria, odor gone. Alkaline soap with baking soda & vodka will kill the bacteria. Just wanted to give another update on my progress. I have been tweaking my diet for the past month and reading more and more about Ayurveda and things are going really well. Energy is still increasing, headaches are decreasing, feeling of over-all well-being is increased and generally I would say I am no longer a sick person, candida may still be in the body a little bit but is less and less. I am not stopping here and will not stop until I am a truly healthy in every way. ...this is really huge. When you first started posting to our forum, I looked at some of your past posts and saw quite a few to acne support. I thought ”uh-oh...” Io-sup is going to make this girls acne worse! We all know that iodine does NOT cause acne, but that iodine displaces bromide through the skin. Brominacne. I was really concerned. And not for your physical health, because we all need iodine, but for your emotional state. And it DID make it worse, for a bit.
