Painting face with Iodine

So I started taking Iodine (Lugol's 2%) in water a few days ago. I'm up to 4 drops. *I take the co-supplements too. I'm also on the Global Healing Center parasite cleanse. I've been on the parasite cleanse for about two weeks now.

Before starting the Iodine, the parasite cleanse had stirred up some bad acne, caused my ovarian cyst to throb with pain, back aches mostly in upper right section, make me feel feel "sick", etc.. I figured this was part of the process or "healing" so I did not stop the cleanse. During all this happening, I then introduced Iodine. Even though I'm at a low dose, the Iodine seemed to take away the cyst pain, make me feel less "sick", and help a good amount with the back pain. I was happy about all this, but the Acne was still there and bad. I read a few times on here about others painting their face and other body parts so I deciding, why not, let's give this a try. I painted my face with very diluted Iodine that morning. I saw a slight difference that night. The same night, I painted my face again but with pure iodine, no dilution. The following morning my face looked a lot better. Did this again last night, and wow, again it helped. I have no discomfort when I put it on my face by the way.

I'm wondering, is this (painting my face) safe to do every day? Also, is it okay to do as I increase my oral dose?

I read on here about someone painting their face and their skin peeling off, that for of freaked me out. So far, my face has shown no signs of peeling, discoloration, or irritation.
