Cured candida, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, acne, bad breath, back pain

So first and foremost i have to say that i been following the forums for a while but never felt the need to post in here before now. I feel the need to post now because if it wasn't for this forum and it's users i wouldn't be cured by now, so i am writing because i wan't to share my story and hopefully help others to be cured.

So getting to the point. 4 years ago i was diagnosed with Seborrheic Dermatitis and my doctor prescribed me some medications which of course only made the situation worse. So i started to do some research and come across this forum which made draw the conclusion that my Seborrheic Dermatitis was caused by candida. I came up with that conclusion because my diet been shit all my life, to much unhealthy food, alcohol abuse and smoking. So naturally i went on the candida diet and started noticing some improvements but the timing was bad, giving that i started the diet in the summer vacation. So i couldn't do the diet 100% so i stopped for a while. By this time my Seborrheic Dermatitis was real bad and i developed rosacea too, but these weren't the only symptoms i was experiencing. I also had major hairloss by this time, severe back pain in upper right shoulder, constipation, bad breath, acne, depressed and i was fatigued throughout the whole day. I decided to do diet again attacking the candida from every angle by introducing urine therapy and fasting a couple a days, water enemas, liver flush, excersing, oil pulling and vitamin supplementation. I did all this for a month and i have to say i feel cured. My seborrheic dermatitis has improved by 98% and the rosecea has disappeared and most important, my hair started growing again. My mood has returned and feel smarter and brighter again. Also i finally got relief from not being constipated all the time.
I have to say i don't know which part of my protocol cured me or it was the combination. And i know i have to be cured because now it's christmas time and i naturally went back to my old eating habits with a lot of sugary, fatty foods, alcohol and cigarettes and hasn't affected my health. But to be sure im controlling the candida im going back on a restricted diet after christmas, not the candida diet but just regular healthy Diet and trying to limit my alcohol consumption.

So i just wanted to say thanks because i wouldn't have been cured if it wasn't for this forum.
