I bought three bottles of NOW foods black/green walnut hull, Wormwood and clove mix.

Honestly I would much prefer the humaworm cleanse to the above recipie. Humaworm is much better formulated, and they include a herbal tea (humanaTea) to smooth over the uncomfy side effects that the Wormwood -cloves-waluthull gives.

I spent some time mailing with humaworm.. I get blood Sugar increases (oxadative stress) from the NOW blend (also known as Clarkia ), and that's just not fun.

Because of the blood Sugar swings, I looked into the issues nutritionally. Cloves are very heavy in manganese, which is wonderfully antibiotic, but can really feed lyme bacteria out the yingyang. Balancing out with a magnesium supplement can keep the blood Sugar swings under control.
Manganese drives magnesium levels down in the body, and magnesium helps insulin get into the cells. That's why blood sugar levels swing up during parasite cleansing.. BESIDES the fact that polysacchiride matrices which parasites and other digestive flora escaped from the gut live in! (biofilms).
And NOT just Epsom Salts .. :o I learned that too. Magnesium works best bound up with an amino acid, my preferred being Magnesium taurate.
Epsom Salts do funny things to my brain (diabetics have bad problems with hyphal-form (infectious) candida (look up biofilm) overgrowth.)

I have also used paulo D'arco tea around the time of a root canal extraction, and really enjoyed it! The blend I bought had peppermint and lemongrass in it for an extra aromatic touch.


Now I'll be honest with you, I haven't been as regular and level with the parasite cleansing as I need to be! I have seen materials passed though. Much of it doesn't show up since I use digestive enzymes (that stops almost all fart-burping business, OHyes..) and those break down intestinal parasite material just as much as food if they're dead.

The psyllium husk and Bentonite shakes in combination with the parasite cleansing is one way to make sure them buggers come out in clumps you can see though!

And yes, they certainly can survive fasting.


Wanna buy a rife machine (a spooky2) to continue.
