I do coffee enemas, they get the liver to push out bile gently. :)

I also do lemon juice and cold-pressed oil shots daily for nutrition!

I don't drink Epsom Salts though. Each time I have, it induced thrush in me for several days after. Diabetics suffer from systematic candida (hyphal form), and that's the danger. Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) can be used as an inorganic fertalizer.
