Love 'em myself! During my first one it felt like the attack of a demon, I kid you not! One hour after, I was shaking, sweating, had gurgles and pains, struggles with an old sexual addiction surfacing... I did that first one at 11 at night when there was privacy and all. I was quite new to colonics... But that is one I'll not forget! Might have been started too strong.
