my seb derm nearly cured

so basically i posted like a month ago about leaky gut and about myself healing it.

so at the beginning i had detox symptoms, but i carried on with the auto immune paleo diet with supplemnts which will heal my git faster...

so now its near 2 months on being on a clean diet, well basically the healing diet

i also ate fermented sauerkraut, and drank bone broth and now im like 90% healed my healing is starting to become really fast.

when im 100% cured from my symptoms ill be doing another 2 months of healing my gut so i can tighten my intestinal wall so i can start eating dairy and other foods. but im not going back to bad eating ever again!!!! Tweet
