I wasn't sure where to post it, but I was so happy I thought I might as well do in the first place I found. thank you for being here for me!

Well, as you may have figured Epsom Salt didn't -really- cure my insulin issues and as a result chronic fatigue syndrome. About two months ago I decided on undertaking a fourteen day fast.

The first few days were terrible, and the ones after were worse. I preserved, but ended up with electrolyte imbalances so I had to cut it at seven days.

I was devastated. So I tried taking magnesium orally, and, well, I pooped myself. Yup.

So that was no longer an option.

After a while, I decided I'd try again, but I had to make sure I was getting magnesium during the fast as that's what was missing last time. As a last ditch effort(!) I decided on purchasing some Epsom Salts on the cheap (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071G3GYQP - ok brand) and taking daily baths.

Oh, wow. It actually works. And I feel amazing afterward every time.

Just got my bloodwork a week after finishing my fourteen day fast, all clear! I'm so happy, and I feel so much healthier, like I'm on the road to recovery. We're not quite there yet, but soon!
