i want to have a liver cleanse, every thing is fine, but why the colour gets tanner if every thing like nails and teeth get whiter and shiner. i want a pinkish white tone instead of tanner. if it makes me tan should i avoid it.
and can i use castor oil with milk for enema purpose or could use enema sticks, pl give an easier enema method. and do we need to use enema every time while using egg yolk , lemon and oil.
