Yes, crazy those diets which say dont do yolks! Can u bloody imagine God not knowing how to rightfully begin a chicken?! Pluss it tastes sooo good! Ok, thanks for the receipe. Lost two pounds in 5 days when nothing was helping for years! Question.....i want to keep on daily, cant say it cleaned much out but maybe i was ok, eat pretty healthy since forever. This concoction keeps me from eating in late evening! So u think i can keep at it?
