Thank you so much for posting this flush ...
I have been using the organic 3 limes/2 egg yolks & olive oil with just plain very warm water since the morning on the 1st day of the year, my first flush produced nothing at all, ( pretty much just clear water ) so before anything was in my stomach, i did another flush, ate three hours after, followed by the 5-6 hour after enemas, I did not get out any stones, but I definitely discarded bile at the end of the second enema, I know because of the filthy dark brown water & the smell ! the smell was like someone opened up a cesspool/septic tank lid... horrible.. so with that in mind I continued with the flushes daily.. at night before bed with a normal bowel movement 1st thing in the morning (I'm very regular) followed by the enemas, today was my 7th flush... and today I also did (3) very warm water enemas, instead of two & finally i seen some very small stones ( pee size, maybe a dozen ) floating in the dirty water.. I will definitely continue with this procedure, I am so happy I found your thread! thank you so much for writing it! I suffer from seasonal hay fever terribly, all my life, (I'm 52) & everyday my allergies improve...
The only other concern I have at this time is I don't want to become dependant on enemas for normal bowel discharges. I did some research and the say not to perform enemas beyond 7-10 days unless treating life threatning situations... I will monitor my normal movements daily & as long as nothing changes drastically I will keep proceeding forward with the enemas for I feel my liver is very clogged due to years of abuse & allergy meds! (any comments on the length of enemas would be appreciated !)
