Re: Effectiveness of quart of water?

This method of flushing the impurities out using a quart to a gallon of water, may be beneficial with some individuals, but not everyone. Flushing the results of you liver detox, by drinking water does not have any results on me personally, perhaps this is due to varying body compositions among the different types of people, but there are many who report that this method does work. So if you are opposed to enemas and want to try this method, please feel free to do so ;) I don't think this produces as high of a cleansing effect, as an enema might, but it may help. Drink a quart to a gallon of warm water, a few 3-4 hours after your lime/yolk/oil drink. You can either sip the water, like tea or drink it continuously. It should produce bowel movements winin the hour.
