Re: I will try it tonight

Hello again Tsetsi

before my last and most successful flush (12) I did five mini-flushes in order to dissolve and push the Gallstones further out in the liver. I used 1,5 tablespoons of olive oil and the same amount of lemon juice, taken right before bed. I did them 2-4 days apart. The last one a week before the regular flush. The effect was almost the same as when I used the GCG. The stones came out smaller and in a greater number. Unfortunately for me I cannot tolerate the GCG very well as it upsets my stomach even in small dozes, so I was happy to have found another method to create the same result.

The reason why I am interested in trying your method is that I in the last month have experimented with egg yolk as a source of lecithin. I found that eating a light boiled egg yolk now and then made me feel quite good in the liver area. I had never thought of the idea to mix them in a flush. My problem is only that a am a little allergic to eggs, and they make me constipated if a eat to many, or to often.

Lecithin and pectin are the only things as far as I'm aware that have been proven to dissolve Gallstones in clinical trials. Of course that doesn't means that there aren't any other methods that works as well. Obviously GCG works just fine for those who can tolerate it.

Result: A couple of hours after it felt good in the liver area, but a bit to strong for my stomach. The day after was more interesting. Compared to the miniflushes, now I felt better the day after. After the mini flushes I always feel a little tender in my liver the day after. Not now though. Maybe because I used a little less oil. Only one tablespoon. I will have to try this method a few times more before I know for sure.

I don't expect do get any stones out. I regard this only as a perhaps more effective way to dissolve the stones before the regular flush.

In the regular flush I use ten times more oil, and epsom salt. That has a much greater impact on the liver, and is probably the only way to actually push the stones out. But i'm quite convinced that dissolving the stones before the flush is necessary for most people, and then your method is certainly interesting.

Best regards

Håkon
