Most people stop drinking water about the time they drink the second Epsom Salt drink. The stomach should not be full when you drink the oil/juice. OF course you need to experiment to see what works. After the oil is drunk you will need several hours without drinking, but hopefully you will be sleeping. The sleep aid is optional, I have done a lot of flushes without it.
