Hi Stefie444,
You may want to do the enema every time before and after you do your liver flush. This way, anything that is removed from the liver is completely gone through the colon. The colon is the main exit for all waste from the body. If you remove anything from the liver the bile carries it to the gastrointestinal tract where is is received as waste waiting to be removed.
