Tseti, why only yolk not whole egg (minus shell) ?

I was wondering why you use only raw egg yolk and not the whole (minus shell) raw egg in your liver cleanse potion? Aajonus Vonderplantiz book provides a similar potion but his uses whole raw egg. But he does not specify his potion for liver cleansing.

Of course, you may have a very good reason, and your potion may be superior. I am open minded and look forward to your response.
