...when I was a kid my Italian mom would give us a pick me up n the morning It's called zambaliogne? 2 egg yolks beaten with tsp or 2 of susgar,drink it like that or add warm cold,milk or cream..delicious..it's been years since I tried that ..because of salmonella scarey things i heard.

...roll your eggs on the counter if they wobble they are good...
