Should you take EPSOM SALT or Not?

Absolutely olive oil is another great choice! i strongly recommend that you get experimental on the oils and really find the one the works BEST for you and which one makes the drink taste darn GOOD!

Remember, the best remedy is the one that tastes best to you, at the time of cleansing!

Now, regarding the Epsom Salts ... i am really hesitant to comment positively, only because it tastes horrible to the taste buds. It is like nature speaking to you, saying NO, do not consume this! Same with smells: if something smells repulsive to you, you do not have to consume it! In fact, it is best that you don't! This is your natural gauge. I have tried Epsom Salt in the beginning of my research and many say that it opens up your passages, but I have done loads of successful flushes with HUGE stones coming out, without me having to drink an ounce of the unpleasant epsom salt.

Enemas on the other hand, are so pleasant and easy! For anybody who hasn't tried them: Don't be afraid. Enemas are painless and once you try them you will wonder why you haven't used them before. They are a life-saver.
