When do you STOP? How many Eggs are safe? DOES THE MIX SPOIL?

You are welcome :) I am glad to hear you are feeling the positive affects of the flush already! To answer your questions;

Can I do 3 eggs and 2 spoonfulls of the oil to make it
a bit more powerfull?

>>> YES YES YES YES any combination that is most comfortable for you. you can also add distilled water, if the mix becomes too strong to take. the water will not lower the cleansing power, in fact, it may help flush things down.

Also how long is it safe to do your flushes continually?

>>> ALL LIFE LONG! THE LIVER is never clean enough to stop, unless you eat only raw foods and never, ever touch cooked food again. if you like to indulge in cooked food, then you can practice the egg stimulation flush daily, especially if you enjoy it. This will keep your liver and intestants clean at all times.

Too many eggs can be harmfull?

>>> I don't think so. There is a point where a person just INSTINCTUALLY knows how many eggs are too much. for example if you make a drink with 5 eggs and you just can't finish it because you feel heavy hyper-cleansing of your liver and your nose feels stuffed up and you feel like you need to stop, then leave the rest of it for the end of the day. THE DRINK WILL NOT SPOIL if you leave it out on the counter. do not refrigerate it !!!! You can even consume it the next day with no ill effects. Regrigerating it will only inhibit the cleansing properties!
